Personal service — We work with our customers to determine their needs, then we fill them. The President of Black Hills Computer Consulting, Inc. worked for a couple of small businesses prior to consulting to small businesses. That background will help us understand your business.
While we can, and do provide solutions for short term needs, we prefer to have long term relationships with our clients. We work with our clients to create their own personal IT department.
Programming — Many of our clients use only our hardware, general software, and networking skills. Some clients also take advantage of our programming capabilities. We have written (and support) several custom programs and Excel® macros.
Confidentiality — Information about you and your business is never divulged to anyone else.
